Safety and Health Notes

all purpose sculptor's blend

All purpose ultra duty paperclay for hand building, pressmolding, custom tile, and even "raku".

Strongest green strength for easy transport and handling.

Firing colors similar or same as the base clay. Compatible with ceramic glazes, underglazes, engobes, burnish, terra siggilata, and more.

Low fire, mid range and high fire versions. There are special blends for terracotta, and porcelain specialty use. All can be raku, pit, saggar or woodfired.

The properly balanced recipes can be worked and assembled wet over bone dry. The properly balanced blend can repair and join with bone dry successfully.

Non-fire air set is also an option.

Potter-friendly for pulled handles, and basic "no trim" pots and assemblies Fine for beginner potters learning centering, bowls and plates. However, be aware that the Potters Blend is by far easier to "trim" at leatherhard.
